JioTalks is a progressive web app that offers you a collection of Inspiring talks from inspiring leaders from the best of fields. You can watch these talks on the platform, explore a range of available talks & check an upcoming schedule of talks.

How to access JioTalks?

To use JioTalks you just need to log on to https://jiotalks.com from your web browser & on mobile and you can also add JioTalks to homescreen using the three dot button or kabab button on the top right corner of the web page.

On which devices can I use JioTalks?

JioTalks is available on all devices which can access a browser.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to use JioTalks?

Yes, internet is required to access the site.

What is the internet speed required to use JioTalks?

It is advised to have a minimum internet speed of 800 kbps or above.

What are the key features of JioTalks?

JioTalks enables you to watch videos of the talks, explore variety of talks. It’s a simple to use website where you can access content on home page & can also search & watch talks based on favorite speakers or categories.

How can I watch a talk on JioTalks?

TTap on any talk available on the Home screen of the page. You can also browse our vast library of content by accessing talks from the home tab, Speaker’s tab or Categories tab.

What are the different categories offered by JioTalks?

JioTalks provides a variety of talks from different categories, such as entertainment, sports, finance, inspiration, technology & many more.

How often do you update content on JioTalks?

We constantly keep updating our content, adding new and latest talks to our library.

How do I report an issue or provide feedback on JioTalks?

You can write to us and provide us feedback from within the page. The feedback section is accessible from the bottom of the page.

Can I download a Talk?

No. Currently we don't support download.

Can I suggest a Speaker if that is not currently available with JioTalks?

Yes definitely. Please suggest content that you would like to watch on JioTalks through Feedback. Feedback can be accessed from bottom (footer) of the page. You can also DM us via our social media (FB, Insta, Twitter & YouTube) channels

I receive 'Network is not available' message when I try to open JioTalks app.

You can check the following options:

  1. 1. Please ensure your device internet has minimum of 1 Mbps speed.
  2. Check your network connectivity by opening any website on your device browser (safari in iOS, chrome in Android).
  3. Pause all activities which consume lot of bandwidth (e.g. downloading content, video-chatting).
  4. Restart the device & check again.

If the above steps do not solve the issue, please write a mail to care@jio.com and log the issue.

I receive 'Network Error' message when I try to play a talk.

You can check the following options:

  1. Please ensure your device internet has minimum of 1 Mbps speed.
  2. Check your network connectivity by opening any website on your device browser (safari in iOS, chrome in Android).
  3. Pause all activities which consume lot of bandwidth (e.g. downloading content, video-chatting).
  4. Restart the device & check again.

Video is pixelated/freezing/breaking. How do I solve this issue?

You can check the following options:

  1. Please ensure your device internet has minimum of 1 Mbps speed.
